David Wessel will discuss his new book. In his book, Red Ink:  Inside the High-Stakes Politics of the Federal Budget, Wessel cuts through the rhetoric and the lingo to explain from whom the federal government raises revenues, exactly where it spends that money and why the federal government is on an unsustainable course.  He will have a book signing after the lunch as well.


Note:  Registration is open thfough Wednesday, 9-12-12.  Anyone desiring to attend after this date will just walk in at the door, but cannot be guaranteed the lunch will be available.  (Please wait to check in until all prepaid or reserved people have checked in for seating)
