“The Economics and Sociology of Health Reform”

The Affordable Care Act contains six distortions that will most certainly force lawmakers to deal with unintended outcomes of this legislation in the future. Why did Congress ignore the economics of the policy in the first place?  The answer possibly can be found in the sociology of health reform itself. (Rescheduled from 1-27-11)
